PURCHASE CONDITIONS

ORDER PROCESS
Petra Botin ships from Santander, Spain. All domestic orders and shipments will be
processed and shipped via MRW within 2-3 business days, pending payment authorization
and verification. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express within 2-3
business days, pending payment authorization and verification. Petra Botin delivers in
Europe an USA.
To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Petra Botín is
not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other
uncontrollable events.

SANTANDER STUDIO PICKUP
If you want to pick up your order directly at our Santander Studio, please write us at

TAXES & DUTIES
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Spain may be subject to
local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“Import Fees”].
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is
responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Petra Botin, you are
responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are
incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Petra Botin.

RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.petrabotin.com, please
send us a request for a return authorization within 15 days of delivery date. All returns
must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
– Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags
attached.
– We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
– Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
– Petra Botin reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy
requirements or are returned without written approval.

EXCHANGES
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.petrabotin.com the same
style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and
place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of
returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of
charge on both domestic and international orders. A maximum of one exchange per item
will be allowed.
Once the exchange item is received to the Petra Botin studio, we will send out your
exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. International
customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping
costs. For more information on making an international return please email

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately
at sales@petrabotin.com.

RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by DHL or MRW will be returned to our
warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before
cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new
shipping label.
